(ee-layn) It is okay, not my favorite or my style. Maybe some spelling options could be:
Elaine
Elayne
or
Elaina
Elena

I would spell it Elaine or Elayne. My sister’s name is Lainie and people always ask if its from Elaine. It’s not, but Lainie (Or Laney) would be a cute nickname for Elaine.
