Why not use Scarlett as the mn? I think Scarlett is a beautiful name, but as a mn the nn Scar won’t come up. I saw a name on here that I loved on an earlier poll of Ava Scarlett. Ava would go well with Isabella.

Scarlett is getting common, so personally i wouldn’t use it, but it does go well with Isabella, the nn Scar isn’t good though i agree. how about

I like Scarlett Kathleen... nn could be Lettie or Letta. Honestly, almost any name could be turned into a teasing thing. Do what your gut tells you.

Scarlett Kathleen is beautiful and I love that it is special by using your mother’s name. If you are concerned about it, then give her a nn of Lettie or Lettie Kate or something like that. Then people that know her will just use that as a nn.

I don’t think Scarlett is overused at all! It is not even in the top 100. Where I live in Michigan, I don’t know anyone with that name! It is a beautiful name and would go well with her sister, Isabella! In fact, I love the name so much that when I have my baby girl on Oct. 1st, she will be named Ava Scarlett. I say go with how you feel and name her Scarlett! Lettie is a cute nn!!! I wish you the best!
