Alice means "noble"..
Other than that, all I can think of is Princess, Duchess, etc....and those aren’t good names for people. Maybe pets.
Reina and Regina both mean "queen".
Sarah means princess.

Oh, Adelaide means noble, and you could use Laidy as a nickname. Gentry and Lady?

Adeln is Swedish Nobility. I assume Ann is a common English name, so names from the Swedish nobility include Madeleine, Lilian, and Victoria. Her name could be Adeln Madeleiene. I also like Adelaide, as suggested above.

Patricia ! It comes from Patrician, high noble class in Rome.
Contessa might also work, it’s like Contess

You might want to make sure you name your daughters to somewhat the same authority. You don’t want them complaining one is Queen and one is Duchess!

I think Tinley and Presley are really cute names to go with Gentry. I also like Regina, which means Queen. I think Contessa with Tess as a nn is great also. Hera is pretty and is Zeus’s (great god) wife so that might work to.

Helpful hint: if you have to name your kid after a social class, then you are not actually a MEMBER of that class. Just saying.
