I don’t think the name McKinley will do a little girl justice, it would be nice if it was for a boy. Would you liked to have been called McKinley? Try calling out, does it sound right? Some other suggestions are

I don’t think McKinley is that much different than related girl names, such as McKenna or McKenzie. I say, go for it if you really like it!

I don’t like any of the McK, Mc, Mak, names for girls at all. I think they’re way too trendy and not at all attractive.
I did a little research and found the meaning:
McKinley: Son of the white ruler;learned ruler.
On top of that, I could only find it listed in the boy section.
However, Jane is a lovely girl name.

Love Jane
Personally hate all Mc/Mac names. They seem very tired to me and just not pretty.
But, I do know at least two girls named McKinley, so while I find it silly, I’m sure lots of people will like it, and she’s certain to fit right in.
As an aside....if you’re looking for a surname/first name for your little girl (or boy) you might consider researching your family tree.
While you may not find a prettier choice, you’re certain to find a more meaningful one.
