Bethany Kate vs. Brittany Karis

We’re having twin girls next month. We love, love, love these names, but a few people have told us that they are too close. We’d mostly be calling them Beth and Britta. Are they still too close?

They are a little close.

What about Bethany and Britton? Kind of similar but different endings so they don’t sound the "same"

We really want to keep Bethany Kate. If we didn’t do Brittany, would Bridget be okay and not too close? Bethany Kate and Bridget Karis?

I actually like Bridget better than Brittany, but to answer your question I think both possibilities are fine:
Bethany and Brittany

I knew a family they named all 5 childrens names started with B’s

Brittany
Berlin

Bethany & Brittany - no problems with the names being to close

The first names are great but them having the same initials bothers me. Maybe change one of the K’s to a C.

I dont think there too close. Most people that have twins like the names to be on the close side anyways.
however, i don’t think that Kate goes well as a middle name for Bethany

They’re a little too close. I’m a triplet and we’re named Bailey, Brittany, and Brandi which sound similar enough without being TOO close. Our middle names are each different (Kay, Lynn, and Eve) which we like because it individualizes us.
