Baby Names vs. With ’ss’ in?

We have two girls; Jessie and Larissa, and a boy; Cassidy. This double ’s’ started when we had Larissa, at that point, we just loved the name. But then we adopted our oldest daughter, Jessie. We didn’t even notice it until we had our boy and we were trying to think of a name to fit our girls’. We’d love some more ideas because we want this baby to fit in with his/her siblings also, but we’re absolutely stuck on names! Thank you!

Thank you all. So far I really love:

Cassandra
Vanessa
Alessandra/ia
Tessa

and for boys:

Russell

Do you think it’d be alright if we would choose to go with just Cassie for a girl? Since we already have Cassidy, we weren’t sure..

It might get too close.I think Vanessa and Alessandra are perfect! You can’t call her Allie, Ale (not ale like the drink, Ah-lay) sandy, sandra, Or Alessa!

I don’t think you should go with Cassie if you already have a Cassidy

I think a bit too close unless you use Cassandra as a full name then cassie as a nn

I love Alessandra very lovely

My vote would be Jessie, Larissa, Cassidy and Issac or Vanessa (a lot of the names are to close to your other kids...Alyssa and Larissa, etc)

Thank you. We weren’t sure if it’d be too close or not. we do like Alessandra (I had always wanted to name a daughter Alexandria...how does Alessandria sound?) We love the nickname Allie also.
