Devon is definitely the girl spelling. (Devin & Deven are the boy spellings I’ve seen) I thinik it needs something particularly girly in the middle:
Devon Katherine
Devon Elisabeth
Devon Marie
Devon Susanne
Devon Michelle

You get the idea.

I only like Devon with this spelling on a boy. Devon Josiah or Devon Alasdair would be nice.
