Please Leave vs. Does it Sound Funny

I have a 3 year old daughter Brianna and I would like to name my new daughter Savannah. Would it sound funny to have two kids named Brianna and Savannah. (Sorry I already posted this once but people are voting on Brianna or Savannah instead of reading it and actually answering the question. I think it is more clear this time)!

I think it’s okay...might sound a little funny...but not so bad that you would need to pick a different name. If you really like the name Savannah, go for it! :)

savannah is very cute with brianna, they dont start with the same letter but hopefuly can bring some sisterly love with the rhyming part of the names. congrats to the new addition to your family!

I wouldn’t do it, I wanted all of my children to have names that were not matchy. That being said, this isn’t my baby and the names are both pretty. If you have another girl would you feel you had to have that name rhyme as well? Do you like any other names ending in ’anna’ or ’annah’? Just something to think about =)

I think if you pronounced Brianna "bree-ON-ah", it’s perfectly fine, but if you say it ’bree-ANN-ah" it does sound a little funny.

i’m sure there’s someone on here that has daughters named Brianna and Savannah, and she’s looking for another -anna name for her baby to be. it does sound matchy, which would mean that you might have to carry on the pattern with future girls.
