Joy, Hart, vs. and twins- one-syllable vs. names

We are having twins (sexes unknown), and we would like them to have one-syllable names. We want them to be not too popular or common, like Rose or Max. Our two older children are Joy Lillian and Hart Jonathan (Hart is a family name, the "joy" and "heart" idea is not purposeful). We posted here the other day and got some great suggestions. We’ve now made a list of possible names- we’d love your opinions, combinations, and even suggestions. Thanks!

Girls: Tess and Fleur
Boys: Heath and Rhett
One Each: Tess and Heath

Love Gabe, but I wouldn’t use it as a given name... Gabriel shortened to Gabe is great, though.
