Would it still be confusing after I’m gone? vs. Yes vs. No

Without going into much detail, the fact is that, due to health issues, I am going to die within 12 - 18 months. At this time, I am also pregnant with our first girl (sons are Joshua Cameron and Ryan Andrew), and she is due in March. We want very much to name her after me. We know that many say having two people in a family with the same name is confusing, and, under normal circumstances, I agree. However, because of my health, it will not be much longer until I die. So, I guess, what I’m wondering is... do you think it would still be confusing after I’m gone? If so, then we need to consider this some more. If not, then we will go ahead with it. I’ve been here before as we’ve been considering names, so now that this idea/desire has surfaced, I would appreciate your thoughts and opinions. Thank you, Amy Lynne Howse

Help! I love the name Guinevere, but I can't think of a really good brother and sister name for her. Since Guinevere is so empowering, I want the next names to be powerful as well. Thanks, Genie!
Baby Name Genie:
You seek the Holy Grail of names. Let me help you in your quest. The brother of fair Guinevere will fight on foot with swords aplenty, but on his horse he'll surely lance a lot. Name him Edward for a regal name. A sister could be dubbed Katherine if greatness is what you desire.
