I prefer the spelling Makayla or Mackayla, but Michaela is pretty too. I voted for Michaela Therese. GL!

Maybe it is pronounced mick-eye-ella. This lady I worked with had the name Michaela and pronounced MiKayla. I thought it was odd, so perhaps it is pronounced differently. GL again!

Michaela is the correct/traditional spelling of Mikayla/McKayla/etc. It is pronounced Mi-kay-la.
