J Names vs. Help Please vs. !!!!!

Hey. I’m Lacy Jo, my husband is Justin Daniel, and we have 5 year old son Jayden Ray. Should we carry on the "J" tradition or give this next baby a completely different name? Justin has several family members with "J" names, so we are kind of running low on options! We can’t use Justin, Jayden, Jennifer, Julia, Joseph, Jack, Jaxton, Jeremy, Jaelyn, or Jamisyn. Possibly more, those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Please help!!

I’d give the baby a fn that starts with L or a minute that starts with a J. Most importantly, I’d give her a name that you love. Don’t settle on one just because its a J or L name.

Thanks guys! I have been thinking about L names also. I like Lydia and Leah quite a bit. I like way too many names actually. I’m very indecisive right now. At the moment I really like Alexa nn Lexi and Seraphina nn Sera.

If there is a J name you love, I’d say go with it, but if not, I like the idea of using a totally different name that you love. I myself don’t care for using the same letter for each child. Also, if you do that, you will probably feel like you have to do that for future children and then it’s gets kind of tacky and you have less names to choose from.

Go for a name you and your husband LOVE, and not limit yourself w/ starting w/ J or L...

I think Jayden Ray and Alexa are very cute
