My husband and his family are very Italian with very Italian names. I am not. so now we are having trouble agreeing on a name for our first daughter. We have a son Anthony Jr. who goes by TJ If you have any suggestions of alternatives that would be great. Thanks, Lauren, Tony, &TJ

Lilianna, Gianna, Sophia, and Isabelle are cute Italian names. Or you could say boys get the Italian names and girls get named from your heritage. The other compromise I can come up with is offer to name your daughters middle name after his mother (grandmother, etc.) if you can pick the first name. Good Luck
