How about Tonia or Tonya
You you could do initials or even name her Michaela Anthony

My daughters name is Michaela. I love it my not w/toni

I knew a Toni in high-school. I liked the name. It suited her and aged fine. I think its a nice way to honor your father.

I know more female Toni’s than I do male Tony’s or Anthony’s! I think it’s a lovely name and flows very well with Michaela.
