Elias was Walter"Walt" Disney’s middle name. :)
& it means Jehovah is God.
& is mainly pronounced E-Lee-iss in english.
It has 3 different references, Hebrew, Latin, Greek and Biblical.

Hebrew: variant of Elijah : Meaning: Jehovah is God.
Greek:The Greek Form of the Hebrew Elijah, Meaning: Jehovah is God .

Latin Meaning: The Lord is My God

Biblical Meaning: God the Lord; the Strong Lord.

If you are not a Jehovah’s Witness you might want to consider Courtland as a better option if the meaning of the name means something to you.

I am a born again Christian and "Jehovah" is just another name for God, used in the bible. We like the name Elias BECAUSE of it’s meaning. Thanks!!

Definitely Elias. Courtland just sounds too feminine.
