Hi it’s Amanda! I’m expecting my second child, a boy, and I have been in love with the name Cameron for as long as I can remember. The only problem is though, is that Cameron is also being used as a girl name and I was worried that maybe Cameron sounds too feminine and not masculine. wdyt?

Perfectly fine. It’s a very handsome name. Most girls with the name are spelled more "feminine" like Kamryn/Camryn (imo, tacky) because they don’t want to be mistaken for boys.

I think Cameron is a great name for a boy! Maybe add a more masculine middle name, then. Like, Allen or Michael.. You could always go with the nicknames Wren or Cam. :) Just a though,
