Help vs. !?

I’m sorry if this gets a little confusing... I’ve always loved the name Lily, only I now can’t use it. My brother-in-law’s sister has a daughter named Lily-Beth (Lily-Beth is cousin to my niece Sarah) and my sister has a daughter named Lily-Rose (also Sarah’s cousin). I figured having three cousins with the name Lily would get way too confusing so now I’m looking for a name in a similar style to Lily. I had planned on using Lily Kate, so I’m going to keep Kate as the middle name. Thank you! & sorry again if this whole thing has confused you - Molly.
