Is it said "LIH-lee-ah" or "LEE-lee-ah"?

I kind of like it. Haven’t heard it before, but its nice and I like Lily.

I pronounce it LIL-ee-a... just like Lillian without the "n" ending.

Very pretty! I don’t think the pronunciation should be an issue. It’s a refreshing alternative to all the Lily/Lilly’s out there right now.

I love this name. I find it very sweet on a little girl, and sophisticated when she’s an adult. Also it’s my grandmother’s name.
