I think Clara Grace Brooks is wonderful! You might want to consider a two or more syllable middle to take the choppiness out of your surname. Some examples:

Clara Elisabeth Brooks
Clara Annabel Brooks
Clara Graciela Brooks
Clara Josephine Brooks

Clara Isadora Brooks
Clara Rosalind Brooks

See how that extra syllable or two really adds a rhythm to the name, instead of flattening it?

I agree with adding more syllabels in the middle but I think maybe: Clara Gracelyn Brooks - so pretty

Since most people will never know her mn except your family, why not lengthen the first name? Clarissa? Clarinda?

i would also make her first name longer because with your last name her name seems simple and plain. What about Caroline or Carolyn?
