Hi, we want to name our son Sloan what does everyone think of the name? We could also use some suggestions for middle names, we thought of Michael because that is my husband’s middle name but we would love other ideas! Thanks!

Sloane is a girls name---it’s way too feminine on a boy. He will forever be mistaken as a girl. Choose another name.

Michael Sloan? I agree with the first poster that Sloan is too feminine for a boy. If I saw the name I automatically think girl.

Eh...I like it for a boy. I could never imagine a little girl named Sloan.
