I love Cohen - that’s on our list. Angus kind of makes me think of meat even though it is a good Scottish name... I knew a girl named Callan so that kind of ruined it for me as a boys name.

Oh, definitely Cohen, I love it! Angus is charming but would need a lot of personality to pull it off.

I find Cohen beyond awful, it’s a Jewish surname denoting ’priest" and as such, is not a surname that should be used casually. I have a Rabbi friend with this surname and I know he’s completely horrified that it’s being used so casually. I do find Angus charming (as is his nickname Gus) and wth the beef association, you’d think those who are into those awful "Hunter, Gunner, Cannon" type names, would be all gung-ho for Angus. He’s a He-man name!

I know I’m in the minority, I just had to speak up anyway. Feel free to ignore me. I just thought you might be interested in knowing that Cohen is not universally thought of as a great name.
