Michael and Simeon are fine, but I think North Miles sounds like a street name. Maybe because there is a North Miles Street in my town!

I love the name Miles but if you use North as the first name then I wouldn’t use Miles because it makes his name sound more like directions.. Go North for 5 Miles. See? So I like North Michael. :)
