Unique vs. Twin vs. Names

Hi! I’m expecting twins and I know that one is a girl, but the other was hiding so we could not find out the gender (hopefully next time). My husband and I don’t want them to be in a class with five other kids named the same thing. He likes the idea of giving our daughter (maybe daughters) "boy" names, like Charlie. I like Charlie (Charlotte) but am not sold on the idea. Please help us out, thanks! -Bre and Chris +2

actually, thats become more popular than ever. There are more girls with boy names than girl names...and Charlotte is in the top 5. i would suggest a beautiful, not so common name.

Please do not give your daughter(s?) boy names. I grew up with the name MaKayden (but always called Kayden) and my sisters are Rhyan, Lohgyn, and Maysen. We’ve always hated our names. My eldest goddaughter has recently started going by her middle name- her name is Kyle Michaela "Michaela".

What about the names: Laryn/Taryn, Mirella, Kendra, Jonna, or Tara?

i named my daughter Michaela, and she goes by a "boy" nn, but its not her name and i think thats perfectly fine, but dont name her a boy name and poster 3, i think they just want a boyish nn, not the full name :) -poster1
and yes, there are plenty of girl names that arent overly popular. if im having a girl im naming her Alexa, which i think is beautiful, known but not too popular. Alexis, Autumn, Brianna, and Cheyenne i think are all beautiful but not in the top 10. and there are plenty more!! :) i hope they help
