Luke is so common and popular, that you shouldn’t have any problems. I know lots of Lukes where that is their full name, not Lucas. And if you are religious at all, Luke is a saint and in the Bible just as Luke. I love the name!

My son is also "just" Luke. Some people will naturally think it is short for Lucas, but Luke by itself is becoming more known, so I do not think it will be a problem. I love it.

I love Luke and don’t care for Lucas. If we have a son, we are naming him just Luke, like in the Bible.
