Too close vs. for vs. cousins!
My brother and his wife have just had a baby girl called Molly Paige. Neither of us had decided to announce our babies names and we had planned to call our daughter Holly Kate! We spoke to my brother and his wife and they said they were fine with it but i’m still quite worried because we are quite closse and visit them a lot. What do you think?? Should we still go with it. Thank you Scarlett, Zachary and baby girl.

i think its nice that ur very close and if ur brother has no problem with it then i dont think you should worry =)

I think that it is fine! Both names are beautiful, and they are quite different (it would be worse if the names were very similar, like Ella and Elle). I think that its nice that the names are similar.
Holly Kate is very pretty, though if you are worried that the names look similar, you could spell Holly as Hollie. My closest friend has this spelling, and she loves it. Either way, I think both names and spellings are beautiful!

I think it’s fine! I also agree that the spelling Hollie might be better and more individual but beautiful names!
Sounds silly but they might actually like having similar names since they will be so close! I know when I was younger I loved having a sister like friend and we used to swap names and things! Haha
