lovely vs. twins!

Im very excited to announce I will be the lving adoptive mother of twin girls in 2weeks! We have been waiting to adopt them ever since we met the mother. Now its just the waiting process and getting all the papers signed. I’ve been able to see both little girls. They both have white/blonde hair and greyish blue eyes. I really felt the names Taylor, Eloise and Jude coming from the girls.. my husband also said he felt jude. Not judith but jude. So we really think well keep Jude, maybe even Jude Eloise. What do you think? Their older brothers are Brain and Isaac.

Congratulations on your adoption! Unfortunately, I dislike the name Jude for a girl- a boy, maybe, but definitely not a girl. I would reconsider that. It is a unnattractive name for a girl and woman.

Aside from that I LOVE the names Taylor and Eloise!!

We had thought the same! We had ran it past the birth mother and she said after she pictured it on alittle girl she thought it was pretty cute. Just like the name ryan, or carter or a girl. We will think about it more though, wed like to keep the girls lifes free from pointless worries like a name that will cause issues.

What about Jude as a middle name? Eloise Jude would be nice, but I would STRONGLY advise not to use Jude for a girl, especially with brothers with strong male names

Do they already have names? I would just let them keep the names they have, maybe use these as a new middle name.

I love Eloise! Taylor is nice, I’m not the biggest fan of Jude but hey, it’s YOUR child! :) However, I would definitely recommend maybe skimming through a baby name book and see if there’s any additional names that leap out at you!
