I wish I could mix and match because Peneople & Adeline "Penny/Poppy & Addie" fit better together and would be my favorite pair. Justine and Ayanna fit better together too. But anyway, I like Penelope and Justine.

I voted for option one, but I agree completely with the previous poster. Penelope and Adeline would be superb. Given that your pairs are set, Penelope and Justine are a nice option.
