I think Alexis Paige sounds great. I love Mason and really like Gavin. I think Mason Paul and Gavin Michael both sound great.

Alexis Paige if I had to choose one. I personally would use Paige as a first name though. Alexis is fine if not called (Lexie)

Not a fan of ANY of your names. I really love Paige though, Paige Alexis would be pretty. I also HATE the name Aly/Ali, its so plain and 1980’s!

I love the name Julia
For a boy, my preference is Mason Paul

Wow I totally agree with the 5th poster..Paige is also my daughter’s name. Names are very out dated

I like Gavin the best. Also have you thought about using Alexandra or Alexandria with the nn Aly? Alexandra Paige would make a great name!

Alexis Paige sounds very pretty together! Michaela Paige would be my 2nd choice. For this name, first I have to say I like this spelling better than any other way of spelling the name. Secondly, I wouldn’t use a nickname, but since you listed a few, I’d definitely not use Meme.
From your boys’ name list, I like all the middle name choices, but only Jordan from the first name list. Jordan Paul is great! GL
