It’s okay, but I don’t overly love the name.

I knew a girl named Ivy in school..she was very dirty but it wasn’t her fault..came from poor white trash family. She was actually really nice but ended up having several kids before she was 20. So that is my impression of the name based on the girl I knew. I still like the name a lot and had I not known her I would definately consider the name for a girl...It’s different yet not too strange.

I think it’s okay. It’s not my style but it also doesn’t make my go yuck! It’s depends on your last name too.

Ivy is gorgeous. I can see it undergoing revival as it fits the simple and sweet, old fashioned trend going on at the moment.

With everyone naming their daughters Rose and Violet, Ivy doesn’t sound out of place. Flora, Laurel, Lily, Rosemary, and Willow are similar choices.

My name is Ivey. Im not dirty and Im taken seriously when I want to be. Whether someone is taken serious or not, most of the time has nothing to do with their name.

Ivy is a sweet name! I know a little girl (6 years old) named Ivy and she is most precious little sweetheart! Go with it!
