I prefer it to be spelled Caterina, but if you choose this spelling, the nickname should be Cathy.

I prefer Katerina. Katerina is a very nice name and sounds great with Victoria.

Katerina is beautiful, I very much dislike the nn Kathy though. Kate is my favorite.

I agree with pp. I also prefer the Katerina over Caterina- Caterina reminds me of catering

Caterina is lovely with Victoria! While I slightly prefer the "C" to the "K", I don’t have strong feeling about the spelling. I do, however, prefer Kate/Cate to Kathy/Cathy- though this should ultimately be the child’s choice when she’s old enough.
