I had a friend in school with the name Lilyanna and everyone pronounced it wrong so she just went by Lily.

let hubby have his way.. Name her Lilyana you pick the middle name.. both of the names you have for middle names work with Lilyana,... THEN after she is born you will both end up calling her Lily would be my guess so you both win

Lilyana Isolde Harper! GORGEOUS and you can still use Lily as a nn. It’s the best of both worlds for you and your husband :)

Personally, I LOVE the name Lily and thus like it better than Lilyana. That being said, I think Lily is a bit more of a little girl name (no offense whatsoever to anyone named Lily, it’s just my opinion).... and that Lilyana/Liliana will work better when she is older. And like it’s been pointed out, you will both probably end up calling her Lily anyway.

As per the middle name- I like Isolde better than Marie. Marie is a REALLY common middle name (trust me, I know.) and personally I always kind of wished I’d had a middle name that wasn’t such a common combination with my first name as well as a common mn for just about female I know. So I say Lilyana/Liliana Isolde. However, this is YOUR baby, not any of ours.... so go with what you think is best.

lilyana kinda reminds me of pollyana but lilyana marie sounds nice together
