Malia Sahvellity vs. Brynn Sahvellity

Okay, so, in my familly, we have a tradition of giving our children middle names after people who are important to us. I know Sahvellity (pronounced suh-vell-ah-tee) is an unusual name, but it’s after my best friend. She goes by SJ, her initials, but I want to hounor her in my daughter’s name. Also, Sahvellity is must better than our other option, Jegant, her middle name - in our opinion, at least. We need help deciding on her first name, however. We like unusual names, but want to try to balance out the middle name, so nothing too popular. These are the two we thought of. If you have other suggestions like these that would help. And if you could suggest somthing similar to Sahvellity that we could use as a middle name, that would help too. Our other children are: Tao Kendrick (9), Saryn Justine and Storey Melanna (5), and Emmet Jonah (3). Thanks! *The Rodgers Family*

Genie's Mailbag

Dear Genie, I need you to help me find a Greek name for a girl. I've already used Theodore and Sebastian for her siblings. But every other Greek girl's name I see is either too pretentious, hard to pronounce, or just too popular now. The only name I can picture using is Caroline, but it's not Greek!
Baby Name Genie:
The Greeks would name her Charissa Zoe. Then, they would stuff her in a wooden horse and give her to the Trojans. So, my advice would be to borrow the name but not the rest of their tactics.
