if he is really set on it.. then I would use it.. the middle names really arent heard all that often.. but it does run together really bad.. what about Emmeline or Emmaline Miranda nn Emma?? or Emily Miranda nn Emma.. or Emelia Miranda nn Emma?? Just a thought.. Emaline Miranda really does sound good together.

I think Emma Renee or Emma Nicole sounds better then Emma Miranda. To many m’s in there. I prefer Renee or Nicole anyway because Miranda is a very common name in my country (Netherlands).
