If both of you love Evelyn you should use it. It’s a lovely name. I also like Lydia. You could name her Lydia Evelyn.

I like Eve lyn I just dont like Everlyn which is how most people pronounce it. My friends daughter is always correcting people to pronounce her name Eve>lyn and not Everlyn.
