Both Julia and Lydia are gorgeous names. I voted Julia, but Lydia is a lovely choice too. Which is least popular in your area? Kelsey and Bella are okay, but I prefer Bella as a nickname for Isabella, Mirabella, Arabella, etc. and Kelsey spelled Kelsie. Good luck.

I voted for Julia, but with the last name Madsen, i think cuter, feminine names that are also sophisticated work best. Here are some suggestions-
