Jacob Tyler-Love this!
Rocky-No!Too much of a nickname and just makes me think of the Rocky movies or Rocky and Bullwinkle.
William Otto-William is very handsome.I’m not a fan of Otto though.
Caleb-I like this a lot.
Peyton-Too unisex.
Leo-Not bad.

Zaylie Abigail-Zaylie is a bit out there for me.Abigail is beautiful though.
Penelope Ray-I like Penelope/Penny.I would change the spelling of the mn though.In my opinion Ray is the male version and Rae is the female version.
Kira Marie-I prefer the spelling Keira but overall,a very pretty name!
Vada-Only OK
Sheba-No!All I can think of when I hear this is Queen of Sheba.

Rocky: Balboa or Horror Picture Show?
William Otto: strong and masculine
Caleb: fine
Peyton: too trendy/being used on girls
Leo: love

Girls:
Zaylie Abigail: not sold on Zaylie, Abigail is a good mn though
Penelope Ray: Love Penelope, agree with pp about changing spelling to Rae
Kira Marie: fine
Vada: prefer the spelling Veda
Sheba: Queen of Sheba, dislike
