Help! vs. Wdyt of the name Lana as a nickname for vs. Elena?

Hi, I both really like the names Elena and Lana, however they are too similar to use as a sibset so what are your thoughts on Lana as a nickname for Elena? I know Elena would be fine without a nickname but I just cant let the name Lana go. Im not of Alana or Ellie or Lena as names/nicknames, so wdyt?
