Isabella And vs. Annabella?

I am pregnant with my 2nd daughter and REALLY wanna use Isabella BUT I have a daughter from a previous marriage who’s middle name is Annabella. For 10 years I’ve wanted a little girl named Isabella. When I got pregnant with my first daughter my ex hated it but I managed to talk him into Annabella as a middle name. He liked Annalise. We called it compromise and moved on. I always regretted not using it or saving the "Bella" name. I didnt expect more children but 7 years later I’m remarried and we are expecting. My husband also likes Isabella but we are both worried it may be weird. What do you think? TIA!

I think it’s far too common and sounds way too much like your other daughter’s middle name...which I would find strange if you decided to use it.

If she does not Annabella use Isabella.

I don’t think it’s that weird since Annabella is your daughter’s middle name. She doesn’t go by Annabella/Bella. I’m going to guess she goes by Annie/Anna? Annie/Anna and Bella are a really cute sibset if you ask me.

I think Isabelle is good choice. You can still call her "Bella" as a nickname, yet it’s not quite so close to her sister’s middle name.

If Annabella was her first name I would say definitely no but since one will be a fn and one will be a mn,I think it’s fine.
