Hubby’s vs. name taste

We have three year old girls named Ivy & Alice, names completely chosen by me and instead, their middle names are honoring my husband’s family. Now we are adding a little new miracle to our family and I think we need your help. My husband has a list of names and I would like for you to tell which ones of his names you actually like. If you don’t like any of them please choose one for each gender, that you hate the least. Help me to look at these names with a positive attitude. Thank you from Sophie

For a boy:

Monroe - Also liking for a girl

Gideon is actually pretty good. Very strong, manly, and a great biblical character. I also think from the Girl list that Dahlia is great. It is a type of flower. The other girl names don’t sound good with Ivy and Alice at all. Also, all the boy names are pretty bad except for Gideon. Ivy and Alice are pretty traditional, so I think the next son or daughter should maybe have that same theme. That is one reason why I chose the two names that I did. GL!!

I like Luke for a boy rather than Lucian and definately Dahlia or Dahlila for the girl.

I like Jagger, Lucian, Madden and Monroe for a boy and I like Presley and Tallulah for a girl. Sailor is ok. Tallulah is cute with nn Lulu.

Gideon - Really like this one! Don’t like any of the others.

Dahlia - Really like this one too! ... and don’t like any of the others.


Gideon & Dahlia - both go perfectly with Ivy & Alice!

Gideon, it’s so happy (giddy!) I love it!

Dahlia, beautiful flower name and goes really well with her sisters names. Lia is an adorable nick name too.

I like Gideon & Lucien for a boy and Dahlia for a girl.

I like Giddeon, Jagger, and Lucian. rather than Casper, how about Jasper?
For a girl I like Dahlia and Tallulah.
I like Monroe as a mn for either sex.

Maybe suggest Jasper and Delia? They are similar to his choices but maybe a little closer to your style. If not I agree with most commenters and would pick Gideon and Dahlia, I actually do like both of these names and they both work with Ivy and Alice! Good luck
