Me and my husband are expecting boy/girl twins we love the name Francesca for our girl, but have no idea on a boys name or middle names for either of them.
My husband has 2 children from a different relationship called Charles "Charlie" Jay and Josephine "Josie" Grace and me and him have 3 children together, Abigail "Abby" Jane, Daniel "Danny" John and Bentley "Ben" James.
Our last name is Carter.

My name is Francesca Rose, which I like. When i was little people called me Cesca and Cessie (Chessca or Chessie) which i think are cute. Others are Francesca Mae, Francesca Louise, Francesca Mary, Francesca Lily, Francesca Beatrice, Francesca Lucy... For boys, I love the names William, Niall and Louis (Lewie, not Lewis). Sorry we are going to steal your name we love the middle name Rose with Francesca it’s beautiful. We are also gonna go with Niall Joshua. It’s perfect and will go well with our other children’s names, so Charlie, Josie, Abby, Danny, Bentley, Francesca and Niall. Francesca will probably we shortened to "Fran" or "Frankie" thank you for your help.
