I love it in theory. It’s very pretty. But I heard a 4 year old girl being called Carolina at the park the other day and it seemed so long and heavy for a little girl. I would recommend saying it out loud a whole bunch and using it in conversation (just with yourselves if you don’t want to share it!) to "test run" it. I don’t want to dissuade you cause like I said it’s beautiful I just can’t imagine using it myself. It works great with Emery and Mason (I love both of these boys names!)

Nicknames are your friend. As the above poster said, it can be a heavy (although lovely) name for a little girl.
