I like Callah best, but without the C - Calla. I’m not sure about Rose in the middle though - it’s a little flower overload with Calla Lilies.

Laila is pretty too, but I’m not a fan of Ebony.

Syeira would be often misspelled and mispronounced.

If the first name were spelled Sierra Lillian, then I love it. But I don’t like that spelling at all. If you’re not willing to change that, then my vote goes to Calla Rose.

Syeira is pronounced
Sy (like My)-air-a

It’s different to sierra which I pronounce
C-air-a

I like syeira and callah the best but the last two have good rings to them
