Eli vs. Ian vs. Finn

I am having trouble picking a boy’s name. I like short strong names that are kind of old fashioned but not boring. What do you think of these?? Any other suggestions would help alot. My two other children are Henry and Grant. Thanks!

I love all your suggestions.
Henry, Grant and Ian go together the best, IMO.
Though I really love the name Finn.
Finley is a nice name, with the nickname Fin.
Or Finbar.

You could also call your next son a longer name and shorten it to form a short, strong name:

Thanks for the ideas. I like Jonas but it seems kind of popular right now. I also like Miles, but was worried about how it sounds with our last name, Wilson. Also, I am not big on nicknames, which is probably why I like short names to begin with.

I like Finn, but given your other two children named Henry and Grant, I vote for Flynn.

I think Miles sounds fine with Wilson. Also, Milo is cute.

Finn was my last choice when I first posted...but it is starting to grow on me. I don’t like Flynn however, and most of the other suggestions are nice but just not the right name. Keep the suggestions coming. Thanks!

I like Finn best, maybe as a nn for Phinnaes - Finn, Grant, Henry - F, G, H!
