It depends on what your using it for. Elizabeth is for a first name and Elisabeth is more for a middle name. It also depends on the fn or mn you are using it with.

Elisabeth is prettier. It’s older and more elegant looking, IMO.

I think it depends on what you would like your daughter to be called. It’s very unlikely with that name that she won’t have a nn. If you want her to be Liz or Lizzie, then definitely Elizabeth. If you are leaning more towards Lisa, then maybe Elisabeth would be best. Of course if you want to call her something that fits both like Betty or Beth or Betsy, I would lean towards Elizabeth just because it’s the more traditional spelling, and she’ll have less people to correct growing up.

I like Elisabeth, it’s a little less common. If you use Elizabeth I LOVE THE nns Liza or Eliza! Beth is cute too.

I used to say Elizabeth, but now I think Elisabeth is very pretty! The "Z" looks kind of hard, but the "S" makes it really flowing and lovely. Good luck!
