Mason is a boys’ name, and personally I do not think adding a ’y’ makes it a girls’ name. The ending ’son’ means "___’s son" as in Jameson (Jame’s son).

Bexley is really trendy, and will not grow well on a girl. Same with Mckinlee.

Please consider some more names. There are many names that are unique and spunky without coming across as immature.
