Hi everyone! We created a poll last night about middle names for Sophie, but nobody seemed to like Sophie at all. Does anyone have any other suggestions that are similar? Or do you prefer Sophie? Older sister is Claire Madeleine(3). Thanks

Sophia is similar but so much nicer, also spelled Sofia (greek).

I love Sophie too and it is less common than Sophia.
It depends on the middle name whether it is best with or without the ’a’ at the end.

WHAT??!!! Sophie is so so so so so ADORABLE. Lots of people that come to this site, will also be against a name if it is "too popular". I love Sophie. Also, another thing you have to keep in mind, is it is YOUR baby. You and your husband have to love a name, above anybody else. Sophie and Claire are a fabulous nameset! I saw the comments you got and personally i wouldn’t worry the negative ones seemed very immature and frankly were ridiculous comments.

If you love it then use it its a nice name and goes well with Claire, its quite popular but that may not matter to you.

Of course I may be biased seeing as my name is Sophie and Ive never had any problems with it. Having seen the "creations" on this site I am very grateful for the name I have.

I am poster four. I didn’t see the comments you got last night, but, it is certainly a super cute name. It will sound good when she is young, or old! I really hope you stick with a name YOU like, no matter what name you end up picking.
