I would just pick names I love (although they are mainly nature names)
Girls: Autumn, Juniper, Willow, Laurel
Boys: Thayer and Clayton

Not into themes for twins, and I think its be way over the top for sextuplets. I’ll do 6 boys and 6 girls.

I can’t think of six middle names that I love as well, haha.
Gabriel, Jasper, Samson, Wilfred, Eugene & Augustus (Gabe, Jazz, Sam, Wilf, Gene & Gus)

Names i love though there is a slight theme in that i love vintage names, most girls names i like end in A and i love long names that can be shortened. So sort of themey in that they fit together without being all flowers or all J names or something.

Girls: Charlotte (Lottie), Sibylla (Billie), Theodora (Teddie), Vannorah (Norah), Miriam (Mim) & Lucinda (Luna)

Boys: Greyson (Grey), Collin (Cole), Rixon (Sonny), Dominic (Dom), William (Will) & Henry (not sure of nn) or Bingley (Bing)
