I know two Elizabeths I dont know any young girls with this name, its a classic it wont ever go out of style so I would use it if you love it :)

Not at all! It is not a very common name for young girls. If you want to make it a little more modern, spell it Elisabeth.

It is an old traditional name. Not common now 1st name.
