Sloane is all boy to me and doesn’t sound girly at all. Just say the word. It doesn’t sound pretty at all. Since it’s one syllable I’d probably go with a longer mn 2-3 syllables.

WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING??????

Our son’s name is Sloan, he is 12 now and LOVES his name! The funny thing is whatever name you choose some people are going bash it for whatever hang-up they have with that name. Of course, I love the name and I would go with a 2 to 3 syllable middle name. Our son’s middle name is Montgomery (a family surname). All of his friend’s love it b/c they know 15 other people with their first or middle name.
