Caroline is so pretty. You could use the nickname Lina.
I’d steer clear of Mackenzie, besides being a bit dated now, it means "SON of Kenneth". GL!

My daughter knows 3 carolines and 1 mackenzie. With Mackenzie there are more nn’s kenz, kenzie, mac,zie ect..... so you have more options

I like Mackenzie, but I love Caroline. And there’s no need to shorten it; it’s gorgeous in its entirety!

My sisters name is Mackenzie, and people spell her name wrong ALL the time. If you want to use it, I’d spell it McKenzie be because that’s how most of them spell it.

I voted for Caroline, because its one of my favorites! I knew a Caroline and loved her to bits. We called her Carol.
